Minimum qualification requirements The tenderer shall be a legally established company. Documentation: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign tenderers shall enclose a corresponding certificate from the company ́s register in the country where the company is established.

Documentation: Credit rating from an officially certified credit rating company, not older than three months, minimum credit worthy. If the tenderer does not fulfil this documentation requirement, the contracting authority can accept other documentation that is sufficient to document economic and financial capacity, such as a judge ́s parent company guarantee or a guarantee/security guarantee.
