Tenderers are registered in a professional register in the member state in which the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; suppliers from certain member states may have to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.

The tenderer shall be a legally established company.
Documentation: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign tenderers shall enclose a corresponding certificate from the company ́s register in the country where the company is established.

Minimum qualification requirements
The tenderer must have the financial capacity to carry out the contract.
Documentation: Credit rating from an officially certified credit rating company, not older than three months, minimum credit worthy.
