Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
Årstadhuset is a central sub-project in Helse Bergen ́s mental health care programme for the future, and shall be developed as a modern reception centre for acute drugs and psychiatry. The building originated from 1926 and has been reconstructed and extended in several phases. Comprehensive mapping of buildings and ground conditions has been carried out to ensure safe and sustainable further development. The project aims at co-localising emergency functions within drugs and psychiatry in order to strengthen interaction and patient pathways. Developed in close cooperation with users and the professional environment, the systems are built on five guiding principles: flexibility, overview, sustainability, normality and security. A concept phase and preliminary project has already been carried out, and the detailed engineering design is now being continued with the aim of the start of construction in summer 2026 and completion in 2029. The project shall be carried out within the framework of Helse Bergen ́s environmental goals and requirements for functionality, safety and patient adapted treatment options. Itb responsible and ITB consultant are two roles, which are filled by the same resource. All assignments/engineering design services carried out by consultants shall comply with the contract's requirement specifications. The resource shall be included in the contract documents cf. the contract documentation Chapter A-F. The contracting authority shall enter into a contract with one tenderer. The contractual relationship between the parties will be regulated by NS 8402:2010 General contract terms for consultancy assignments paid in accordance with elapsed time.
