Sub-contract 1 also includes a voluntary option for the procurement of up to 6 three axled, two-chamber sanitation vehicles within 12 months of ordering the vehicles in the main delivery. There is an option for both sub-contracts to enter into a service agreement for additions. Tenders can be submitted for sub-contract 1 and/or sub-contract 2. Tenders can be submitted for several years to establish a filling station for biogas in rir ́s vicinity, but as a publication of this competition this is uncertain due to a lack of investment decision among the biogas supplier. Due to a prior public decision, the buyer cannot wait much longer for such clarification, but reserves the right to cancel this competition if a positive investment decision from the biogas supplier occurs before the award letter for this competition is issued.
