The procurement comprises the following two separate contracts: Procurement of four three axled two chamber vehicles Procurement of 1 three axle one chamber vehicle with cranes For both lots, tenders shall be submitted for a 5 year service and repair agreement on the chassis, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year. Sub-contract 1 also includes a voluntary option for the procurement of up to 6 three axled, two-chamber sanitation vehicles within 12 months of ordering the vehicles in the main delivery. There is an option for both sub-contracts to enter into a service agreement for additions. Tenders can be submitted for sub-contract 1 and/or sub-contract 2. Tenders can be submitted for several years to establish a filling station for biogas in rir ́s vicinity, but as a publication of this competition this is uncertain due to a lack of investment decision among the biogas supplier. Due to a prior public decision, the buyer cannot wait much longer for such clarification, but reserves the right to cancel this competition if a positive investment decision from the biogas supplier occurs before the award letter for this competition is issued.

Tenderers are registered in a professional register in the member state in which the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; suppliers from certain member states may have to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex. Minimum qualification requirements The tenderer shall be a legally established company. Documentation: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign tenderers must submit an equivalent certificate from the register of business enterprises in the country where the company is established.

Regarding any other economic and financial requirements that have been stated in the notice or in the procurement documents, the tenderer declares that: Minimum qualification requirements The tenderer must have the financial capacity to carry out the contract. Documentation: Credit rating, not older than 3 months, carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution, at least credit worthy. If the tenderer does not fulfil the qualification requirement through the above mentioned documentation, other documentation that the Contracting Authority finds suitable for documenting economic and financial capacity will be accepted, such as a parent company guarantee or other guarantee/security.
