Procurement of printing and distribution to Askermagasinet

Asker kommune

The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract with one tenderer who can print and distribute the municipality ́s information magazine Askermagasinet and the election brochure (for the election year 2027). It is uncertain how large the need will be in the contract period and the volume can vary i.a. due to the contracting authority ́s budget situation and other framework factors. The estimated annual consumption is NOK 4-6 million. Emphasis is put on the fact that this is an estimate based on previous procurements and is not binding for the future contract volume. The procurement is for printing and distributing Askermagasinet for up to four editions per annum. Dividing the procurement will not be appropriate, as such a system would have resulted in more administration, several costs and greater environmental impact, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations. § 19-4. A comprehensive description of the delivery is in the requirement specification (Annex 2).
