The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.: The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating based on the last known accounting figures.

The tenderer shall be a legally established company.: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate
Tenderers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order.: Tax Certificate for respectively tax and VAT, not older than 6 months. The certificate can be ordered and downloaded from Altinn. If this is not possible, it can be ordered from the tax collector or the Norwegian Tax Administration.

Tenderers are required to have experience with passenger transport.: An overview of the tenderer ́s equivalent assignments carried out during the last 3 years. The overview shall state who the contracting authority was, the name of a gender neutral preferred, type of assignment, scope, value as well as the time and place of execution of the service.

Sufficient capacity to implement the assignment.: Sufficient capacity means:
A: Sufficient number of vehicles to fulfil the contract. A minimum of seven vehicles shall be offered.
B: Sufficient number of employees drivers/helpers to fulfil the contract from the start of the contract, cf. the manpower plan in requirement specifications point 2.3.
C: An administrative function suitable for handling the assignment.

Public certifications that are required to carry out the assignment.: Self-declaration that the vehicles will drive with the necessary certification.
Tenderers shall have a quality assurance system.: Documentation of the company's quality assurance system issued by independent bodies which certify that the tenderer fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001.
If a tenderer does not have certification, the tenderer shall enclose the table of contents for their quality assurance system.

Tenderers are required to have implemented environmental management measures that ensure that the tenderer is suitable to fulfil the contract's environmental provisions.: This means that the tenderer has methods for working actively and systematically to reduce negative environmental impact from activities connected to the execution of this contract.
Refer to the EU Scheme for Environmental Management and Environmental Audit (EMAS), other recognised environmental management systems in regulation (EF) no. 1221/2009 article 45, or equivalent, and other environmental management standards based on relevant European or international standards from accredited bodies such as ISO 14001 or equivalent.

Tenderers shall be suitable for fulfilment of contractual requirements for due diligence assessments for responsible businesses.: This means that the Tenderer has implemented measures and systems that are used in the Tenderer's work to safeguard basic human rights and decent working conditions, as well as prevent environmental degradation and corruption.
A description of the tenderer's systems for working with due diligence assessments in accordance with the UN ́s guiding principles for business and human rights (UNGP) and OECD ́s guidelines for multinational companies.
The documentation shall include:
• Formal policy/guidelines that cover an obligation to comply with the requirements of responsible businesses.
• Formal policy/guidelines for accountability for sub-suppliers/the supplier chain, (Supplier Code of Conduct). This shall only be provided if sub-suppliers are used.
• Descriptions of the tenderer ́s processes and routines for how the company works with due diligence assessments.
