Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
Nye Fillan School is a primary and secondary school for 390 rivers and it is located in the centre of Fillan. The school building has a combined gross area of approx. 6,000 m2 and shall be completed in December 2025. The moving in will take place in the period January-February 2026. The delivery consists of mobile fixtures and furniture for teaching rooms, special rooms, common areas and office areas for employees. Existing furniture shall be reused in some areas. The estimated value of the procurement is approx. NOK 4 million excluding VAT. A more detailed description of the delivery is in the attached requirement specifications (annexes 1-4).

We have been in contact with Fora Form and have confirmed that moves to the veneer chairs cannot be delivered as initially expected. Option alternative 2 for product code 9.1 will therefore expire. In order to have the possibility to reuse as much as possible, a new alternative, alternative 4, will be added, in which the existing chassis will be reused and a new seat part is delivered. An updated matrix (annex 3) has been added as well as a new version of the tender enquiry.
