The contracting authority has been made aware of an inaccuracy in the requirement matrix for certificates of apprenticeship, id 5. Erroneous requirements are as follows: The course shall meet the requirements for content in order to obtain the theory exam for the certificate of apprenticeship, including non-fiction and educational material must be approved by the Training Board. As the contracting authority understands, there is no prior approval of non-fiction and educational material by the Training Board. The contracting authority will, therefore, immediately update the tender documentation ́s requirement matrix requirement id 5 in accordance with the correct formulation just below. The correct formulation is: The course shall meet the Training Committee ́s content requirements in order to take the theory exam to the certificate of apprenticeship. The updated requirement matrix will be named: Annex 7a Kravmatrise - Certificate of Cleaning, v.2 An updated requirement matrix will be available soon. After input from several tenderers as stated in the previously published Questions and Answers, the Contracting Authority has concluded that a need for correction is required for the price form in the Trade letter procurement by now using the same structure as the price form in the procurement of courses in Middle Management. The new price form will be named: Annex 7b - Price Form, Certificate of Apprenticeship, cleaning, v.2. The new price form is designed so that it is clearer that the Contracting Authority requests prices for one course participants, as well as the tentative prognoses involving 15 course participants per annum on the current courses that the tenderers offer and that the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency ́s course participants can be accommodated in. Furthermore note that The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency would like start-up when ordinary courses are set up at the tenderer. It is not desirable to have separate courses directed only at the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency. The contracting authority gives tenderers a reasonable additional deadline for the tenders of 6 working days to meet the change. The additional deadline applies to both procurements. The updated price form and additional deadline will be available for suppliers soon. The contracting authority will also set a new deadline for asking questions.
