Sufficient means that the tenderer shall be credit worthy without security. This can be credit rating A or equivalent. Documentation requirement: Documented by submitting a credit rating based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service. If a tenderer cannot present the above mentioned documentation, he shall prove his economic and financial position by using any other document of relevance to the company's fiscal figures/economy. This shall be signed by the financial manager or general manager. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to clarify whether their documentation fulfils the qualification requirement. In orderly conditions the tenderer is in accordance with the national rules for taxes and duties. Documentation requirement: The contracting authority will, upon request, require that the chosen tenderer delivers a tax certificate for VAT and a tax certificate. This only applies to Norwegian tenderers. Foreign tenderers must submit equivalent certificates from their own country that show that they have an arrangement for the payment of taxes and duties.
