Oslo kommune v/ Velferdsetaten

The procurement concerns the purchase of assault alarms for up to five of the Norwegian Welfare Administration ́s drug and alcohol institutions. The assault alarms are a part of the HSE work at the institutions and contribute to safety for the employees. The alarms shall ensure that employees get prompt assistance in acute situations of violence and threats. The procurement includes installation, commissioning and continual service/maintenance of a system for assault alarms at four of the Norwegian Welfare Authority's drug and alcohol institutions. In addition the contracting authority shall have an option for an attack alarm system at another substance abuse institution. The contracting authority shall be able to procure the necessary additional/replacement equipment within the system ́s lifetime.

The contracting authority shall have an option for the procurement of an assault alarm system for another substance abuse institution. The option includes installation, commissioning and ongoing service/maintenance. The option can be taken up in the period up to and including 31.12.2028. The contracting authority shall have an option to purchase additional/replacement equipment within the system ́s lifetime at each individual institution (including the institution included in the option), minimum 10 years and in accordance with the provisions in SSA-V points 2.4.9 and 4.1.
