Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
The objective of this agreement is to ensure continual and periodical maintenance of Ribbon software and hardware, as well as access to upgrades and new versions of the software. The contract shall ensure that the contracting authority ́s operational team gets the necessary support for the operation of the system, and access to maintenance leasing and updates. In addition the contract shall give the customer the option to make additional procurements and expand the licences to the degree it is necessary to achieve the targets described in the document.
