After the contracting authority has informed the contract award decision, a waiting period of 10 days from the day the notification has been sent via Mercell.
Any appeals to the award decision must be filed within the expiry of the waiting period.
Appeals shall be presented in writing via Mercell to the contracting authority's gender neutral preferred and must state which decision the appeals are, what conditions are referred to, and which result the tenderer believes is correct.
If the appeal is received by the deadline, the contracting authority will process it before a contract is signed.
After the contract has been signed, appeals can be sent to the Appeals Board for public procurements (KOFA).
