Kristiansand kommune

Kristiansand municipality shall procure a 4 axled lorry with a light dumper box - the snow clearing rig, for use by the Engineering department, c/o the Production Department. Kristiansand municipality is concerned with green procurements and which environmental footprint our business leaves behind. The vehicles shall fulfil emissions levels in accordance with Euro 6 and shall be certified for use in the last generation of bio-diesel. Relevant renewable bio-fuel shall fulfil EN-15940 or newer. We are also concerned about any environmental impact other equipment on the vehicles leaves behind, such as noise and odours etc. The evaluation will emphasise climate/environmentally friendly systems.

Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

All deliveries shall be CE marked, and written guidelines must be enclosed for operation and maintenance in Norwegian. The tenderer shall ensure that the relevant declaration of conformity is included with the delivery by the machinery and safety components in connection with the machinery and safety components. See the tenderer ́s obligations in the Working Environment Act and the best.nr. 522 from the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority. For all products included in the tender, the tenderer must be able to provide product and product e-mail documentation as needed. In particular information materials on guarantee, service and maintenance conditions must be enclosed. Before we evaluate the tenders, we would like a demonstration and test drive of a test car with the most identical characteristics as the offered car, for assessment of the vehicle's characteristics. We would primarily like to do this at our facility at Dalane in Kristiansand. If we are offered cars that are identical to some of the ones we already have, our experience and knowledge of this could replace demonstrations and test driving. The contracting authority will, after a tenderer has been awarded the competition, have a dialogue on the design of the body and any additional equipment.
