The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract with one contractor for the expansion of the existing sprinkler system. The agreement includes the expansion of the existing sprinkler installations in parts of the buildings. The areas where the sprinklers shall be installed include, among other things, pedestrian areas, libraries and stores. In addition the existing sprinkler centre in the technical room shall be upgraded so that the system fulfils the current requirements. After the reconstruction, the facility shall have FG certified systems, as well as fulfil Oslo municipality VAV ́s setback protection requirements. A site inspection will be held in this competition. The credit rating must show that the tenderer is credit worthy without security. Tenderers with a rating lower than this, i.e. rating lower than B "not credit worthy", "credit worthy with security" or "all credit advised against" will be rejected from the competition. Documentation requirement: On their own initiative, the contracting authority will carry out a credit check of the tenderer who is awarded the contract.
The contracting authority will use a certified credit company, including Dun&Bradstreet, when a credit check is carried out by the company.
