If a tenderer has tools and other material that is relevant for installations that use plastic and cast iron water and sewage materials, the Contracting Authority shall be able to trade such goods through this agreement, but it shall not prevent separate agreements from entering into for such products.

The framework agreement ́s options for an extension for 1+1 year can only be taken up in writing by the Contracting Authority at any time during the agreement period. The contracting authority can extend the contract for up to 1 year at a time, and the maximum total contract period is 4 years.
