Kort beskrivelse

The contracting authority shall procure 15 pipetting robots for pre-PCR, post-PCR work and Pre-LC-MSMS for the Clinic for Laboratory medicine at Oslo University Hospital in the Life Science Building. We would like as much automation and flexibility as possible. The pipetting robots shall be used for human genetics and microbes. The pipetting robots shall preferably be used for different NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) methods, singer sequencing and frament analyses, complete pre-treatment before multiplex PCR MALDI-TOF and for pre-processing microbiological samples, preparation of biological material before fluid chromatography/mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The robots must be flexible enough to also be used for other methods. The pipetting robots are procured on behalf of the Department for Pharmacology (FAR), the Department of Medical Genetics (AMG) and the Department for Microbiology (MIK) at Oslo University Hospital. The procurement is divided into 6 sub competitions. Tenders can be submitted individually or in several sub-competitions. The procurement also includes instrument dependent consumables and options as described in the Competition Description, point 1.5 Options.

A large degree of automation and space efficiency is wanted. The pipetting robots shall be used for sample preparation for human and microbial genetics. The pipetting robots shall preferably be used for NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) library preparation and quantification, but must be flexible enough to also be able to perform sample preparation for long read sequencing. The procurement also includes instrument dependent consumables and options as described in the Competition Description, point 1.5 Options.

The procurement also includes instrument dependent consumables and options as described in the Competition Description, point 1.5 Options.

The contracting authority shall procure 1 pipetting robot. The pipetting robot shall be procured for the Department for Microbiology (MIK) and it shall be used for pre-processing different sample materials before extraction. MIK handles the preliminary processing of several thousand samples annually manually. This applies to a number of different sample materials (except blood). The robot must be able to handle a relatively high volume of samples in a quick and efficient manner and be able to carry out operations such as "decapping", vortexing, adding reagents, heat treatment, aliquoting etc., which is important for automating sample processing in molecular diagnostics. The procurement also includes instrument dependent consumables and options as described in the Competition Description, point 1.5 Options.

The contracting authority shall procure 1 pipetting robot. The pipetting robot shall be procured for the Department for Pharmacology (FAR) and it shall be used for automated pre-processing of samples for pharmacogenetic analyses. The prepared samples shall subsequently be analysed by multiplex-PCR MALDI-TOF and real time PCR. The robot must be able to handle biological sample materials in the form of full blood and lysat of blood. The system must be able to handle pipes of different formats and 96 well boards. The following main processes shall be safeguarded: reading the bar code on sample glass, pipetting of the mentioned biological materials, extraction of DNA, measuring DNA concentration and subsequent dilution to defined DNA concentration, pipetting of reagents (pre-PCR setup). The system shall be included in clinical diagnostic processes and it must be able to be used efficiently with good technical performance and high operational security. The procurement also includes instrument dependent consumables and options as described in the Competition Description, point 1.5 Options.

Two types of pre-LC-MSMS robots are requested: A. The prepared samples shall subsequently be analysed primarily by fluid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS); quantitative analyses of small molecular and macromolecular substances. The robots must be able to handle biological sample materials in the form of full blood, plasma/serum, lysat of blood, extract from dried blood spots, Mitra (VAMS) tips and spit. The system must be able to handle pipes of different formats and 96 well boards. The following main processes shall be taken care of: decoration of sample glass, Read the barcode on sample glass, pipetting the mentioned biological materials as well as reagents (micropartiular suspensions, aqueous and organic solvents), extraction with the help of micropartiular magnet balls, temperature regulated shaking, fixed-phase extraction, sealing with aluminium foil and colorimetric reading of materials in 96 wells board.B. The prepared samples shall subsequently be analysed primarily by fluid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS); quantitative analyses of small molecular substances. The robot must be able to handle biological sample materials in the form of plasma/serum and urine. The system must be able to handle pipes of different formats and 96 well boards. The following main processes shall be safeguarded: decorating sample glass, reading the barcode on sample glass, pipetting the mentioned biological materials as well as reagents (aqueous and organic solvents), temperature regulated shaking of 96 well plates. The procurement also includes instrument dependent consumables and options as described in the Competition Description, point 1.5 Options.

The contracting authority will undertake an overall assessment of whether the qualification requirement is fulfilled. A credit rating based on the most recent available accounting figures. The credit rating must not be older than 3 months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service.
Tenderers shall submit annual accounts for the last 3 years.
The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a credit report in order to verify that the tenderer fulfils the requirement.
If a tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation required by the Contracting Authority, he can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting any other document that the Contracting Authority deems suitable.

Tax and duties: Tenderers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order.

Environmental management system: Tenderers shall have a suitable and implemented system for environmental management.

Alternatively tenderers shall submit a description of their environmental profile that describes systematic environmental management and continual improvements to their own environmental performance.
