Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
Stavanger municipality announces a licence scheme for renting small electric vehicles for the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2028, with an option for an extension for up to 1+1 year. In accordance with the regulations on renting small electric vehicles on public ground in Stavanger municipality, a licence is granted for up to two landlords. We ask applicants to understand the terms in the regulations. In order to get a licence, applicants must fulfil the miminum requirements in the regulations § 7 a-d. If more than two applicants fulfil these requirements, the municipality will make a selection in accordance with the criteria in the regulations § 7 second section. The criteria are further described in Annex 1: Publication of a licence scheme for renting small electric vehicles on public ground in Stavanger municipality. The application shall be received by Stavanger municipality by 24.10.2025 at the latest. Applications that are received after the deadline have not been assessed. The applicant has the risk of the application being submitted on time.
