Digital mailbox for inhabitants was established in 2014 with a message communicator contract that expired in 2022. When this contract expired, one for Digital Mailbox to Inhabitants moved to a new transport infrastructure in accordance with the national strategy for message exchange. Agreements were signed with three service commissioners with a contract period of 2 years, including an option. The agreements were made as call-offs on dynamic procurement schemes for PEPPOL infrastructure. The current contract is valid until 20.04.26. The new contract will be valid from that date. Alternatively, the start-up date can be 20 October 2016, as an emergency, we can extend the current agreements for up to 6 months.

Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
This procurement realises the communication of messages as the sender's access point in a 4 corner model. Tenderers shall provide access point services in accordance with standards and documentation in peppol.eu and requirements specified in the attached contract documents, see "Dokumenter" ("Documents"). A maximum price of NOK 0.08 excluding VAT has been set for the transaction price, see Annex 6 of the contract. The procurement has an upper limit of NOK 7,300,000 excluding VAT including options. The contract period for this contract will be calculated from the delivery date for the system and the contract will be valid for one year with an option for a prolongation of 1+1+1, total four years.
