The aim of the contract is to ensure Statsbygg ́s access to qualified ventilation works, both for planned and ongoing works that occur in connection with the operation of the buildings. The work will consist of new installation and maintenance assignments.

If the tenderer has not carried out the work themselves, the reference will not substantiate that the qualification requirement is fulfilled. Tenderers must, in such cases, present a commitment statement from a sub-supplier who has the relevant experience and reference projects from the sub-contractors that show that the requirement is fulfilled.
