For procurements above the EEA threshold, a minimum deadline of ten calendar days from the notice of award will apply, if the notice is electronic. The manual notice applies for 15 calendar days. The contracting authority will not enter into a contract until the appeals deadline has expired, unless there is special need. Any appeals must be submitted in writing by the deadline.
