Regarding any other economic and financial requirements that have been stated in the notice or in the procurement documents, the tenderer declares that:
Minimum qualification requirements
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution, which is based on the last accounting figures.
Recently established companies, or tenderers who are unsure whether the credit rating will document fulfilment of the requirement, ought, at the same time as the tender, submit the auditor ́s report that can document sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract obligations, unless the tenderer relies on another company to fulfil the requirement, cf. the documentation requirement discussed in point 3.4. The contracting authority will then obtain a credit rating that applies to the company that the tenderer will use.
