Frøya municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for the provision of project and construction management services for the execution of municipal projects. The framework agreement shall cover the need for assistance in, among other things: Project managementBuild management Agreement applies for the period 01.07.2025-01.07.2027, with an option for an extension for up to 2 years (total maximum four years). The estimated total value is NOK 6-10 million excluding VAT during the entire contract period. The actual amount will depend on the municipality ́s project portfolio and budget priorities.

Rettslig grunnlag:

The procurement will be made in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (LOA) dated 17 June 2016 and the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA) dated 12 August 2016, part I and part III.

Frøya municipality needs continual assistance within project and construction management in connection with the execution of several planned investment projects in the coming years. A two year duration, with an option for a further two years, provides the necessary predictability and flexibility, while ensuring sufficient competition over time. The length is in accordance with the public procurement regulations § 26-1 and general practice for framework agreements.
