NRK would, thus, like to enter into a contract with a real estate agent within commercial real estate to assist in the sales process. The assignment includes consultancy services and the execution of the sales process for a larger property with considerable development potential, and brokers ́capacity to manage complex commercial properties with possible transformation to other uses. The estimated value depends on the percentage remuneration and the sale sum. Due to high uncertainty, the contract will be valid for an amount of up to NOK 15 million excluding VAT, but the expected value of the contract is however significantly lower. The estimated sale price is between NOK 400 and NOK 500 million.
