Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

The competition is for the procurement of a high quality survey for the population 12 years+ which together are called "NRK's Media House Survey". This consists of a survey with a minimum of 30,000 interviews per annum, which is reported monthly in appropriate software and computer files. The agreement is used to measure and report the public's in-house use of media in total as well as NRK in a "single source" survey, in which all nrk ́s tender offers are measured separately and can be reported individually and collectively. The procurement procedure is an open tender contest.
