The procurement of patient journeys on the way. Patient travel on roads is a facilitated transport where the patient, in accordance with the current legislation, has the right to covering expenses for travel to and from treatment. The contracting authority is not obliged to procure a fixed amount of patient journeys and is subject to variations in the number of assignments. The contracting authority intends to facilitate increased coordination within the contract, including measures such as establishing fixed routes and coordinated patient journeys across municipal borders and tender areas.

Regarding any other economic and financial requirements that have been stated in the notice or in the procurement documents, the tenderer declares that: Minimum qualification requirements Qualification requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contractual obligations. Sufficient economic and financial capacity means that the Tenderer fulfils a requirement for a credit rating equivalent to A or better, measured on AAA Soliditet's scale - or equivalent score from another reputable rating company.
