Helse Stavanger HF would like to enter into a framework agreement with a plumbing company for installation and maintenance work within pipes and HVAC and sanitation for the institutions in the health company. Helse Stavanger HF would like tenders for an hourly rate and mark-up materials for installation and maintenance work. The framework agreement is intended to cover the Contracting Authority's continual need for services in the discipline. Tenderers shall be able to carry out most types of plumbing work in connection with alterations, operations and maintenance in Helse Stavanger HF ́s buildings. The locations at Ullandhaug and Våland will mainly be involved. The work assignments can be both short-term and long-term. In addition to normal operation and maintenance work, Helse Stavanger HF shall implement the "interim phase project". The middle phase project is one project for alterations and adaptations of the existing buildings at Våland to outpatient operations and day treatment. This will start after all wards and emergency functions move to New SUS at Ullandhaug on November 16 this year.
