Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and
financial capacity to be able to.
fulfil the contractual obligations.
Credit rating given by a certified credit rating institution described as; Creditworthiness with no requirement for collateral or better appraisal.
Documentation requirement
Credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service.
The contracting authority reserves the right to carry out a credit assessment. The financial strength will be assessed in relation to the turnover, operating margin, solidity and liquidity set against this procurement and contractual obligations.
If there is doubt about whether the tenderer fulfils the requirement, the contracting authority may require further documentation of the economic and financial capacity.
In cases where the company does not have the necessary qualifications, but relies on other tenderers to be qualified, equivalent documentation must be enclosed for them. In addition a binding statement must be enclosed.
