Management and procurement of electricity in Trøndelag

Trøndelag Fylkeskommune

The objective of the procurement is to ensure good management of the concession power portfolio and the supply of energy at reasonable, predictable and stable prices. In addition procurement management, invoicing and consumption shall be carried out rationally and cost efficiently, with good quality. The procurement is for the management of the contracting authority ́s concession power, plus energy and the delivery of electricity to the contracting authorities - as described in the annex "Requirement Specifications"NB: Due to staff holidays, questions asked to the Public Procurement Department on July 3, 2025 could first be expected to be answered after 11 August 2025.
