This framework agreement comprises annual maintenance of lift installations at the mentioned municipal buildings. The assignments can be consequent categories: • Complete control and function testing, mechanical and electrical• Service, maintenance, alarm transfer and improvements to the existing facility• Proposal for the inspection and development plan - • Reporting as a part of Hå municipality ́s internal control The aim of the maintenance agreement is to ensure that Hå municipality ́s lifting devices, including lift systems, always fulfil the requirements for good security and operational stability, and optimised operating costs. Optimized operational costs means the lowest possible operational costs for the expected remaining lifetime for each lift. The tenderer shall ensure that the municipality ́s lift installations always fulfil the requirements set in the technical regulations with guidance for maintenance and service of lifting devices, as well as guidance to the technical regulations of the Planning and Building Act (TEK17). New lifts that are procured can be kept out of the contract, based on them being procured with a separate maintenance contract. The contract comprises several areas with a total of 38 lift installations distributed as described in the attached overview (as well as an option for a lift for Nærbø Church). There are different manufacturers and models that the supplier shall maintain and it is therefore important that the suppliers are able to maintain foreign manufacturers. The attached overview contains further information on the individual installations. The scope of the work is service, maintenance and repairs of all the lifts connected to the contract. The exception is lifts that may or are procured with a separate maintenance contract.
