Tenderers are registered in a company register or a trade register in the member state in which the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; suppliers from certain member states may have to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.
Minimum qualification requirements
Requirement: Tenderers are required to have a legally established company. Documentation requirement: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established. The Company Registration Certificate must not be more than six months old.

Only for public goods deliveries: In the reference period, the tenderer has carried out the following important deliveries of the requested type, or the following important services of the requested type. The contracting authority can require up to three years experience and allow experience from the previous three years to be taken into consideration.
Minimum qualification requirements
Requirement: The tenderer shall have experience from comparable assignments, including leasing to professional customers/customer groups/public contracting authorities. Documentation requirement: Provide a minimum of 3 references for equivalent contracts or major deliveries during the last three years. References shall, as a minimum, be described with the following information: • The contracting authority ́s name and short information about the customer • Contact information at the customer; name, position, email and telephone • Description of the deliveries: Type of vehicles, scope etc. • Period and duration • Scope/value DKH reserves the right to contact the stated contact persons for references. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description.
