Lesja municipality intends to enter into a contract for ongoing consultancy and development services for business work in Lesja municipality. The aim of the procurement is to strengthen and professionalise the work of business development, facilitate increased value creation, more workplaces and a more robust business, with particular emphasis on local assumptions and priority areas such as agriculture, local food, tourism, goods trade and transport. The tenderer shall contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives that support the municipality ́s strategic business plan, including guidance and follow-up of entrepreneurs and existing companies, project development, network building, competence raising and cooperation with relevant actors. The work shall contribute to realise Lesja municipality ́s goal of being an attractive mountain village for businesses, settlement and visitors, and to meet the challenges and possibilities described in the municipality ́s plan. Tenderers shall use their expertise and competence to contribute to fulfilling the aim of the contract.

Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
The assignment comprises ongoing consultancy and development services for business work in Lesja municipality. The tenderer shall be an available contact point for business and give guidance to both entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs and existing companies. The work includes assistance with project development and application work against the funding apparatus, as well as initiatives for network building and cooperation with local and regional actors, including county and business gardens. Tenderers shall contribute to raising competence and innovation in business, with particular focus on the municipality ́s prioritised priority areas: agriculture, local food, tourism, supplies and transport. The tenderer is expected to actively participate in the municipality ́s planning and strategies for business development and cooperate closely with the municipality ́s other sectors. The assignment is expected to have a scope equivalent to a half position. The municipality can prioritise assignments and manage resource use within the expected scope, in dialogue with the supplier. Tenderers shall facilitate flexible resource allocation and be able to increase the effort in periods of high activity, as well as reduce effort in periods with lower need, as agreed with the municipality. The assignment involves physical presence in Lesja Town Hall at least one fixed day per week. Meet at the start of the assignment and it can be adjusted as needed. The municipality can request increased physical presence in special periods. The tenderer shall, in addition, be available by telephone and email within normal working hours. Tenderers shall regularly report activities, progress and results to the municipality through quarterly reports and an annual summary. In addition the tenderer shall continually keep the municipality informed of the status and significant conditions that affect the progress of the assignment. See the attached Assignment Description.
