Kristiansand municipality, Eiendom, Bygg- og eiendomsforvaltning, invites tenderers to a competition for the replacement of kitchens for some municipal buildings in the period 2025 - 2028, assuming that the resources are available in the relevant/planned year. This applies to 17 buildings. See the separate annex, as well as the requirement specifications.

Once the sub-contracts are signed, the contracting authority will decide which sub-contracts shall be carried out at what times during the four imminent years. It is likely that the sub-contracts must be divided in 2025, 2026, 2027 or 2028. Tenderers must therefore be obliged to carry out any assignments until the end of 2028. If the sub-contract is carried out in the years 2026-2028, the tender sum can be index regulated in accordance with ssb index KPI. Site inspection: There will not be a joint site inspection. If a tenderer needs to visit one or several of the locations, they are asked to contact the relevant manager.
