Documentation requirement:
Description of the tenderer's two most relevant contracts in the course of the last 5 years. The assignments shall be carried out in 2025 or earlier.
The description must include a statement of the contract ́s value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document their experience by referring to competence of the personnel he has at his disposal and can use this assignment, even if the experience has been worked up while the personnel have served another service provider.
Work of a relevant nature and degree of difficulty means, for example, the execution of purpose-built buildings such as health and welfare buildings, schools and office buildings with a contract value of minimum NOK 60,000,000 - NOK 80,000,000 excluding VAT for each assignment.
Any need for support from other companies to fulfil this qualification requirement.
If the tenderer will depend on other companies to fulfil this qualification requirement, a commitment statement shall be enclosed that states that the tenderer can use the necessary resources.
