Integration through working life - possibilities and barriers

The aim of the assignment is to obtain more knowledge about the roads into and up in working life for immigrants, as well as to get a more comprehensive understanding of what it takes for working life to function as a good arena for the integration of immigrants in Norwegian society. What factors promote, and what factors inhibit working life as a good integration arena for immigrants. The obtained knowledge shall form the basis for policy development in the integration field in general and the discrimination field and the labour market integration field in particular. Tenderers can make recommendations for various initiatives and proposals for policy development in order to meet the challenges that are discovered. The assignment will be valid from when the contract is signed until the final report is delivered 1 December 2027 and has a total upper economic limit of NOK 5 million excluding VAT. See annex 1 of the contract for further details on the delivery.

The procurement will be made in accordance with the Act from 17 June 2016 no. 73 on public procurements (the Procurement Act) and regulations 12 August 2016 no. 974 on public procurements (the procurement regulations), part I and part III after the procurement procedure open tender contest, c.f. the procurement regulations § 13-1(1).
