The aim of the procurement is to strengthen the knowledge basis for inclusion of persons with disabilities in working life. The project shall describe and analyse what influences employers ́ decisions about hiring persons with disabilities who have a facilitation need, as well as highlight what conditions inhibit and promote inclusion in ordinary working life. The project shall be relevant for further development of initiatives and schemes managed by the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration (Nav), including what can contribute to strengthening cooperation with employers on inclusion of persons with disabilities. The assignment will be valid from signing the contract until the final report was submitted 4 May 2027 and has a total financial limit of NOK 2,000,000, excluding VAT.
