The procurement also includes an option for the procurement of tea, and an option for the procurement of consumables. The contracting authority will initially use this agreement to order tea, coffee milk, sugar cane and cardboard cups. The Contracting Authority is a part of the GovernmentAl Procurement Centre framework agreement on consumables and reserves the right to use it for this if price and quality warrants it. The agreement includes the procurement of coffee possibly with the exception of light-burned coffee if it cannot be offered or it is more favourable to buy in the market. Light-burned coffee will nevertheless make up a smaller portion of the coffee consumption.
