A real assessment will be made of the complaint documented by a renewed evaluation. Other tenderers will be informed that an appeal has been received and shall be dealt with. The nearest manager will decide whether the complaint shall be complied with.
If the original setting is maintained after a new evaluation, a contract can be signed.
All tenderers will be informed of the outcome of the new evaluation.
If the decision is reversed, a new orientation will be sent to all tenderers.
