Framework agreement W&S - materials (pipe fittings, street goods)

Vennesla kommune

Vennesla municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of water and sewage materials and equipment, including pipe parts, street goods. The products shall be used for municipal engineering operations, maintenance and renovation, as well as minor new installations that are carried out by the contracting authority. Based on figures from the previous framework agreement and the expected consumption, the total value of the framework agreement is estimated to NOK 12 million. The maximum value for the entire contract period is NOK 15 million. The future extent is still uncertain as this will vary due to municipal grants and need. This is only an estimate and is without obligation for the contracting authority, or rights for the tenderer. The contracting authority reserves the right to terminate the contract without obligation to compensation if the maximum value limit is exceeded. The contracting authority has no purchasing obligation under the contract and can therefore freely announce separate competitions for individual assignments where the contracting authority deems it appropriate.
