Assignments in connection with the framework agreement can be i.a.: • All types of painting work that is natural for use in the municipality ́s buildings and facilities in the contract period • All types of floor laying work that is naturally used in the municipality ́s buildings and installations in the contract period • It can also be necessary to add the engineering design to the contractor.

Assignments in connection with the framework agreement can be i.a.: • Replacement of cranes, fixtures • Repairs or replacement of all HVAC equipment • Installation of water heaters, shower cabinets. etc• Expansions and repairs of installations that are connected to buildings and sports facilities • Installation/repair of sanitary, heating and plumbing installations • Installation of water and sewage pipes, pipeline network. • Service and follow-up of heating installations. • Service and maintenance of sprinkler installations and improvements to deviations from sprinkler inspections.

Tenderers shall provide pest control services and pest control with the accompanying services within the framework agreement ́s scope of delivery, in a quality-wise good and cost-/and resource efficient way. Pest control and pest control will be carried out as needed on the Contracting Authority ́s properties. As a starting point, the work comprises all measures in this scope and with the intervals required to prevent pests coming or staying pests on the municipalities ́ properties/sites. The requested services include the following: • Preventive pest control. • Acute expression for handling pest problems • Consultancy role in regards to suggesting and describing measures for effective and planned reduction/removal of pest problems • Any measures against insects etc..

Tenderers shall deliver service assignments on joinery services in connection with daily operation of all types of buildings and sites. Assignments in connection with the framework agreement can be i.a.: • All types of joinery work that is natural for use in the municipalities ́ buildings and sites in the contract period. • Repair/replace facades. • Demolition/construction of internal walls. • Roofing, roofing work. • Sound and insulating ceilings, floors and walls. • Assemble, repair/replace doors and windows. • Improve due to fire protection measures, fire, vandalism, water damage and any new regulation requirements. • Alterations, extensions, additions, new buildings etc. in varying scope and size. • Revised drawings after assignments have been carried out (such as the building, architect drawings, fire drawings, escape plans, O-plans etc.). Updated drawings are to be returned to the orderer. • Individual assignments can also be necessary to add the engineering design services to the contractor.
