Documentation: • Presentation of the company's Annual Financial Statements (last annual report to the Brønnøysund Register Centre, including the auditor's report). The contracting authority reserves the right to also request provisional figures after the last annual report, as well as annual accounts for the previous two years if it is assessed that there is a need for it.

Tenderers can use the following tools, material and technical equipment to carry out the contract: Minimum qualification requirements Requirement: Ability to be a total supplier (assortment). Tenderers shall offer a sufficient product assortment within the product groups: 1. Construction materials, 2. Wood, 3. Doors/windows and 4. Kitchen/cloakrooms. The product groups shall be stockware/available at a sales place at the supplier, except for product group 3, where it is sufficient for windows to be available as ordered goods. Simple inside/outer doors shall be stocked/available at the sales place (agreed upon by one contract), whilst doors with sound/fire requirements can be ordered goods. The contracting authority shall be able to cover all types of needs for products in the contract area. Documentation: Tenderers shall account for their assortment of building materials, timber, doors/windows and kitchen/changing rooms.
