In order to ensure efficient information dissemination in the Norwegian Tax Administration, there is a need to enter into a framework agreement for audio and picture production of events for recording and live broadcasting with one tenderer.

The general meetings are most often held in the Tax Administration ́s premises in Helsfyr in Oslo, but can also be held elsewhere either in the Tax Administration ́s premises or in external premises. Tenderers must be able to provide services in Sørlandet and Østlandet, Kristiansand/Grimstad/Arendal, Drammen, Oslo, Lillestrøm and Gardermoen. The Norwegian Tax Administration reserves the right to use the local tenderer for any other events elsewhere in the country.
