Rogaland County is responsible for county roads in Rogaland and needs a framework agreement that applies for minor road works. E.g. on assignments that can be covered by the framework agreement are: Pavements, bus stops, foot and cycle paths, public transport lanes, roundabouts, noise screens, retaining walls, lighting installations, rock protection, edge and road reinforcement, traffic safety measures such as railings and measures in side areas, setting up signs, demolition and redevelopment of buildings, moving garage/building, traffic management and covering etc.

An environmental management system can be a simplified system that is part of the company's internal HSE system, or it can be a third party verified system such as: Miljøfyrtårn, ISO 14001 and EMAS. The environmental management system shall be anchored in the top management of the company, and regular updates shall be made.
