The competition is for a framework agreement for assistance from landscape architects (LARK) on the contracting authority ́s projects. A framework agreement shall be signed with up to 5 tenderers for LARK services. Each tenderer shall present documentation in the competition for 3 landscape architects, cf. point 5.2.2 below. The landscape architects shall assist the contracting authority with planning, engineering design, execution and follow-up of and/or reporting on different types of construction projects. For example, there can be new construction projects, renovation projects, alterations and/or other processes that may occur due to new or changed needs of the contracting authority. The contracting authority ́s projects vary in nature, size, cost, length and difficulty and require resources and teams with uniform competence. We would, for example, like experience from public contracting authorities and public buildings, new buildings, total renovations, minor renovations, antiquarian and/or listed facilities, engineering design assignments with buildings/installations in operation as well as SHA work.Except from the framework agreement can be major reconstruction projects and new buildings, where LARK services as a main rule can be part of a separate contract. Examples of this are total interaction contracts. Consultancy services for projects in antiquarian installations and other projects where the contracting authority finds that special competence is required, can also be exempted from the framework agreement. This framework agreement will be one of several framework agreements that the contracting authority intends to enter into in order to cover the contracting authority ́s ongoing need for consulting engineers and architect services.
