Framework agreement for transport to swimming lessons.

Arendal kommune

The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for transport services in connection with transport assignments in connection with transport to swimming lessons for municipal schools and nurseries in Arendal municipality. There will be a need for different bus types, including mini buses (8-16 passengers) and large buses/coaches (capacity up to 30 passengers). Furthermore, it will be important that when transporting nursery children and toddlers school (1-4 grade) that seats/seals can be adapted for proper protection. If needed, transport means must be procured, suitable for persons with different disabilities.

Environmental management Tenderers shall have a proven relationship to how their company influences the environment. Tenderers shall have environmental management measures adapted to the delivery ́s environmental objectives, environmental properties, complexity and risk. A description of the tenderer's environmental management measures. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 14001, EMAS or Miljøfyrtårn or equivalent, it is sufficient to enclose a copy of a valid certificate provided that the environmental management measures are covered by the certification scheme.

Experience Tenderers shall have experience from comparable contracts in the last three years. Comparable assignments means transport of persons of relevant group sizes, fixed assignments over a minimum length of 1 year. Description of up to 3 of the tenderer's most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years. If this cannot be presented, the relevant documentation for deliveries older than 3 years will be considered, but not older than 5 years. The description must include a statement of the contract ́s value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document their experience by referring to competence of the personnel he has at his disposal and can use this assignment, even if the experience has been worked up while the personnel have served another service provider. The contracting authority ́s reference template shall be used
