The company shall be among the national leaders in its main business area, especially as regards the environment, quality, technology, degree of innovation, working environment and efficiency.

The framework agreement shall be valid for 2 years from when it is signed. In addition there will be an option with a unilateral right for the contracting authority to extend the framework agreement on verbatim terms for up to a further 2 years. Triggering of the option shall take place at intervals of 1+1 year.

Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

The contracting authority, with a parent company, needs a framework agreement for sludge suction services connected to emptying and flushing "clean" manholes. Sludge suction and flushing/cleaning of sand trap manholes and fire manholes at the contracting authority ́s locations at Heggstadmoen, for a total of 9. The frequency is mainly annual and will be added during the spring. If needed, flushing and cleaning in the diver and the accompanying pipe system shall also be carried out. Suction of water and cleaning in buried waste systems around Trondheim municipality, estimated approx. 40-60 per annum. This mainly applies to buried containers (3-5m3) and mobile waste suction tanks (up to 10m3). Several emptying at the same container can be required within one year. In the winter months there will be a need to use steamer for the removal of ice down in manholes. Suction/flushing crammes in waste suction pipes if needed. Camera inspections of pipes as needed.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract. Tenderers are required to be credit worthy against security and have satisfactory liquidity and solidity (minimum B or equivalent). Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service. If the tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation that the contracting authority has required, it can be documented by presenting a declaration from a financial institution about surety.

Tenderers shall have sufficient capacity and competence to carry out the assignments covered by the framework agreement within the given limits and deadlines. Tenderers must have sufficient capacity to handle assignments during staff holidays, sickness and other leave, as well as the capacity to handle rush assignments.
