Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract. Tenderers are required to be credit worthy against security and have satisfactory liquidity and solidity (minimum B or equivalent).
Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service. If the tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation that the contracting authority has required, it can be documented by presenting a declaration from a financial institution about surety.
