The Directorate of DigitalIsation (Digdir) needs assistance with recruitment and would like a recruitment partner who can refer to high competence and relevant experience. The recruitment assistance will apply to recruitment of preferably departmental departments, but also middle managers (section managers) and other management positions/specialist positions in disciplines that are particularly challenging to recruit to. The need for assistance will apply to ordinary employment when the need dictates that we need assistance. The Directorate would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer who can carry out assistance with recruitment.
