The description must include a statement of the assignment ́s value, date and recipient (gender neutral preferred with name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document their experience by referring to competence of the personnel he has at his disposal and can use for this assignment, even if the experience has been worked up while the personnel have served another service provider.

Tenderers shall have procedures for environmental management measures that help minimise the impact of the environment. The tenderer shall have and an account of the measures/focus areas that work is being carried out in order to operate an environmentally conscious and sustainable business.
Tenderers are requested to describe their environmental management measures, but can also document this by certificate from EMAS, ISO 14000 series, Miljøfyrtårn or equivalent, provided that environmental management is covered by the certification scheme.
