Minimum qualification requirements
Requirement: The tenderer is required to be financially solvent, which gives the contracting authority the security that the tenderer will be financially viable throughout the period of the agreement.
Documentation: • Credit assessment of the tenderer, not older than 6 months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders. The assessment shall be based on the last known fiscal figures with an indication of how the credit rating has evolved during the past three years. The assessment shall be issued by a company with a credit reporting license from the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, see

The contracting authority can require up to three years experience and allow experience from the previous three years to be taken into consideration.

Requirement: Experience from equivalent assignments is required. Documentation: Overview of corresponding relevant assignments from the last three years, including information on the delivery ́s value, size of assignment (in GWh), date and name of the recipient of the services. Minimum qualification requirements
Requirement: Tenderers are required to have a quality assurance system. Documentation: Certificate for the company's quality assurance system issued by independent bodies that confirms the tenderer fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001:2008. The contracting authority will also accept other documentation which shows that the tenderer has an equivalent quality assurance system. As a minimum a general description of the system ́s content, including an overview of inspection plans and check-lists that are relevant for this contract, must be given. See annex 5 for filling in.
