Minimum qualification requirements
Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. Good solidity is required. The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating via Proff Forvalt Credit Information Company www.forvalt.no. The minimum score acceptable is 'satisfactory' within two of the following criteria: liquidity, profitability and solvency, cf. Proff Forvalt ranking and/or minimum B3 on the analysis of the Probability of bankruptcy. Tenderers are expected to have known registered information about the company and agree by submitting the tender that the information is collected and used as a basis for assessing the tenderer's financial conditions. If a tenderer is aware that the requirement for financial ability to fulfil the contract cannot be met through credit information as stated above, this can be approved with a parent company or a bank guarantee.

Minimum qualification requirements
In order to ensure compliance with environmentally relevant requirements in the contract, tenderers are required to have sufficient environmental competence and routines for quality assurance of this in the own organisation. Account for the tenderer's environmental competence and routines. If this is described in the company's quality or environmental management system in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or equivalent third-party verified systems, it is sufficient to enclose a valid certificate.
