Other economic and financial requirements: Regarding any other economic and financial requirements that have been stated in the notice or in the procurement documents, the tenderer declares that: Minimum qualification requirements Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. Good solidity is required. The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating via Proff Forvalt Credit Information Company www.forvalt.no. The minimum score acceptable is 'satisfactory' within two of the following criteria: liquidity, profitability and solvency, cf. Proff Forvalt ranking and/or minimum B3 on the analysis of the Probability of bankruptcy. Tenderers are expected to have known registered information about the company and agree by submitting the tender that the information is collected and used as a basis for assessing the tenderer's financial conditions. If a tenderer is aware that the requirement for financial ability to fulfil the contract cannot be met through credit information as stated above, this can be approved with a parent company or a bank guarantee.
