Sunnhordland Innkjøpsforum, is holding the tender competition on behalf of the municipalities/companies: Bømlo, Stord, Fitjar, Kvinnherad, Tysnes and Stord Vatn and Avløp AS. Bømlo, Fitjar, Kvinnherad, Stord and Tysnes municipalities would like to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery and laying of asphalt on municipal roads and areas. The contract shall ensure that the asphalt work is delivered as an overall service, including all the necessary preparations, asphalting, compaction and clearing after the work is included. Tenderers shall handle all conditions connected to manholes, drains and adaptations to existing covers, and there are clear requirements for the execution of seams, cross profile, firming and butt milling. Sampling and reporting of any deviations shall also be carried out. The work shall be of high quality and comply with current standards, including N200 road construction and NS-EN 13108, with requirements for both product quality, continuity in the execution, workplace safety and the necessary documentation. The framework agreement shall contribute to the municipalities having a predictable, efficient and quality-wise good execution of asphalt work in the contract period.
