The framework agreement shall be valid for 2 years from when it is signed. In addition there will be an option with a unilateral the contracting authority has the right to extend the framework agreement on verbatim terms for up to a further two years. Undock of option shall be taken up with intervals of 1+1 year.

The tenderer's financial capacity: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract, with any options. Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution. or annual accounts for the last financial year. Documentation shall be connected to the unit c/o an organisation number that shall be the contracting party for the tender, as well as any other resources that shall contribute significantly to any competition. If a tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation that the contracting authority has required (e.g. newly established companies with credit rating AN, some foreign companies or companies without a reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre), he can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable. The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the listed references in order to verify the extent and quality. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description. Equivalent assignments include deliveries of an equivalent nature to entities of an equivalent size and complexity. The contracting authority will accept other documentation of equivalent environmental management measures if the tenderer is unable to obtain such certificates by the deadline, and this is not due to the tenderer himself.
